Refund policy

All Sales Final

All wine purchases made through shop.adonnawines.com are final. Due to the limited, seasonal nature of our allotment releases, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your wine arrives damaged, flawed, or in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@adonnawines.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue, and we will work with you to make it right. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to help resolve the issue.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because no eligible adult (21+) was present to sign for the package, UPS will make additional attempts or hold the order at a local facility for pickup. Adonna Wines is not responsible for orders that cannot be ultimately delivered due to recipient unavailability or an incorrect address provided at checkout. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are abandoned or returned to sender under these circumstances.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
