Shipping policy

We take care in getting every bottle of Adonna wine safely to your door. Please read the following to understand how our shipping process works.

Where We Ship

At this time, Adonna Wines ships exclusively within the state of California. We are unable to fulfill orders to addresses outside of California.

We hope to expand our shipping zones in the future. If you are located outside of California, we encourage you to join our Allotment List so we can notify you when shipping becomes available in your state.

When Orders Ship

Adonna Wines releases wine twice per year — in the Spring and Fall — through our Allotment system. Orders are not shipped on a rolling basis; all shipments within a given release go out together.

All orders are shipped via UPS within 30 days after the allocation window for that release closes. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping updates once your order is on its way.

Receiving Your Order

Because we ship alcohol, an adult aged 21 or older must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package and show valid ID. UPS will not leave wine unattended.

Please ensure that someone who meets this requirement will be available at your delivery address. If a delivery attempt is missed, UPS will make additional attempts or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. Adonna Wines is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to the absence of an eligible recipient.

We strongly recommend shipping to a business address or another location where an adult is reliably present during delivery hours.
