Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing shop.adonnawines.com, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website, join the Allotment List, or purchase any products from Adonna Wines. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that it is lawful for you to purchase, receive, and possess alcoholic beverages in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to cancel any order where age verification cannot be confirmed.

Allotment List & Shop Access

The Adonna Wines online shop is accessible only to members of our Allotment List. To purchase wine, you must first sign up and be granted access. Membership in the Allotment List does not guarantee availability; wine is released in limited quantities on a seasonal basis.

When the shop opens, members will be notified via email. You must use the same email address you registered with to access the shop and complete a purchase. Account access is personal and non-transferable.

Orders & Purchase Limits

Each Allotment List member may purchase up to two bottles of each available wine per release, for a maximum of six bottles per release window. We reserve the right to modify purchase limits at our discretion and to cancel or refuse orders that exceed these limits or are otherwise irregular.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Placing an order constitutes your agreement to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and fees.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our limited, seasonal releases, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wine orders once they have been placed and confirmed.

Payment & Billing

We accept major credit and debit cards as processed through our payment provider. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate.

Adonna Wines does not store full payment card details. All transactions are handled securely through our third-party payment processor. We are not liable for any errors, delays, or security incidents originating with that processor.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship exclusively within the state of California. Orders are shipped via UPS within 30 days after the allocation window closes. Delivery of alcohol requires an adult aged 21 or older to be present, provide valid ID, and sign upon receipt.

Adonna Wines is not responsible for failed delivery attempts resulting from the absence of an eligible recipient, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control. Please review our full Shipping Policy for complete details.

Alcohol Laws & Regulations

The purchase, sale, and shipment of alcoholic beverages is subject to federal, state, and local laws. By placing an order, you represent that receiving an alcohol shipment at your address is lawful. You acknowledge that Adonna Wines holds the required licenses to ship wine within California and that all shipments are made in compliance with applicable law.

You agree not to use this site to circumvent any law governing the purchase or receipt of alcohol, and you agree to indemnify Adonna Wines against any liability arising from your misrepresentation of eligibility.

Content & Ownership

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design elements, and product descriptions — is the property of Adonna Wines and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use the site to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, or use automated tools to scrape or collect data.
